SAP Logistics Copilot
Paste an SAP export. Get the root cause in seconds.
Five skills for SAP logistics power users, key users, and process owners. Deployed by aplexio into your cloud tenant or on-prem environment. Open-weight models under your control. aplexio never sees the data.
Five skills
What each skill resolves.
1. IDoc errors
Paste a failing E1EDL20 segment, WE02 output, or VL02N trace. Returns the concrete root cause — missing prerequisite MATMAS, wrong partner function, status-handler misrouting — and the exact fix.
2. Delivery blocks
Paste a delivery-block list export. Returns a prioritised remediation order: credit-release candidates first, then material availability, then picking-complete dependencies.
3. Stock discrepancies
Paste an MMBE or LX03 discrepancy report. Returns the likely movement-type error, the posting that needs reversal, and the reconciliation steps.
4. Freight-cost variances
Paste a TM freight-cost export. Returns the variance driver — rate-table mismatch, route determination, volume-weight conversion — and whether it's carrier-billable.
5. Open-invoice issues
Paste an open-invoice aging report. Returns which invoices are stuck on posting errors vs. credit memos vs. pricing disputes, and the next action per bucket.
SAP Joule
Joule runs on RISE and GROW. The Copilot runs on the SAP you have.
SAP Joule is only available on RISE and GROW contracts. If you run SAP ECC, Business One, or on-premise S/4HANA — as most DACH mid-market companies do, and will for years — Joule isn't available to you. That's the estate the SAP Logistics Copilot is built for, and where we ship today.
If you do run Joule, we don't replace it. aplexio Copilots integrate alongside it as A2A peers: Joule handles the standard SAP workflows it was designed for and calls the Copilot for the ones that need to stay on your own infrastructure. Private deployment on open-weight models is simply not what Joule was built for.
Private AI
Deployed by aplexio. Runs on your infrastructure.
aplexio deploys the Copilot into your cloud tenant or on-prem environment. Open-weight models (Llama, Qwen, DeepSeek) run under your control — no phone-home, no telemetry, no vendor lock-in. aplexio never receives the SAP data, never stores it, never trains a model on it.
# Input — an E1EDL20 segment failing with status 51 PARTNER_Q: LS PARTNER_ID: WERKS_0001 QUALF: 002 STATUS: 51 (error — document does not exist) # Copilot output Root cause: Delivery document referenced in E1EDL20 does not exist in the receiving system. Segment reached the handler before the prerequisite MATMAS idoc was posted. Fix: Post MATMAS first (segment 1234), then reprocess E1EDL20 via WE19 with the corrected material master.
Test it on your own SAP exports.
We install the Copilot in your environment. You see the output on your own data before we see a contract.
